Job Responsibilities

According to the company's business strategy, work out e-commerce operations work plan and help the team to implement it to achieve the monthly and annual sales targets.

Responsibility：

1. Work out e-commerce operations plan;

2. Lead the team to accomplish following tasks efficiently:

(1) Manage and operate platform accounts (for example: Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, etc.), process orders in time, conduct product management (edit product information, upload and update and off-shelf products in time, summarize and file products), achieve monthly sales target, and steadily improve sales;

(2) Maintain good communication with customers in time, maintain customer relationship, deal with customers’ problems, feedback and complaints, improve customer satisfaction, analyze customer behavior and explore customer needs;

(3) Analyze the store sales data, pricing, main products, etc., use various platform tools to achieve the flow required by the sales target, improve the click through rate and browse volume of the store, and improve the transaction rate, etc;

3. Make plans about the marketing activities, put forward the best promotion plan and carry out it, follow up in time and evaluate the promotion effect by analyzing the data such as flow and customer feedback, so as to achieve the sales target;

4. Actively and efficiently communicate and cooperate with internal and external teams to ensure the efficient coordination of supply chain and continuously optimize the operation process;

5. Other tasks assigned by the company.

Job Requirements：

1.University degree, be able to use English as daily working language, any other language will be a plus;

2. Deep understanding on e-commerce operations, supply chain support and product management;

3. Skilled on project management, good leadership, good business acumen;

4. Proficient in MS and other office software, and social media Apps like Facebook and Instagram;

5. Result oriented, excellent execution, strictly abide by professional ethics and able to work under pressure.
