Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for overall planning of human resources management of Mexico’s plant, establishing and improving human resources management system and human resources management system;
2. Organize and formulate annual personnel recruitment plan and strictly supervise the implementation of personnel recruitment management;
3. Organize and formulate annual personnel training and development plan, establish and improve personnel promotion channels;
4. Organize and formulate competitive personnel salary, welfare and performance policies, and supervise the cost control of salary and welfare expenses;
5. Responsible for formulating and improving the employee relationship management system of Mexico’s plant, maintaining employee relationship and creating a harmonious employment environment.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above
2. More than 5 years in HR management position
3. Speaks Chinese
