Key Account Director
Location: Seatle, USA
Salary: up to $300,000 a year

Responsibilities:
*Establishing strong working relationships including senior management at global customers.
*Understanding the Company’s strategy, cooperate with relevant internal organizations, and promote project implementation.
*Supporting current business and expanding new business at assigned account(s).
*Learning and promoting company products, solutions to customer.
*Collecting and reporting the market information, sharing real-time customer feedback (voice of customer).
*Guiding the acquisition of sales leads, opportunities and orders, and handle risk assessment and control during negotiations.
*Mining client market opportunities and demands, promoting demand transformation, and ensuring achievement of performance goals.
*Creating collaboration opportunities through roadmap alignment with customer marketing, product planning, operations, engineering, and procurement teams.Requirements:
*Bachelor’s degree or above, with more than 10 years of experience in the semiconductor and or display industries. Technical degree a plus.
*Top performer with a proven track record of success.
*Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
*Brings industry knowledge about products, technologies, and trends.
*Comes with solid customer relationships at all levels at strategic customers and can independently use its own resources and connections to expand business.
*Quick thinker that has a positive attitude that adapts well to change.
*Outstanding negotiation and marketing skills.
*Strong sense of responsibility, highest professional ethics, and good team spirit.About the company
